This painting was inspired by Kadir Nelson's, an award-winning American artist, depiction of "High Noon." My client loved this painting so much that he asked to have his likeness and that of his best mates to be the focal subjects of this replica.
Turtle Caricature Sculpture
This turtle caricature captures the traits and essence of my client. It's based on his personality and what he loves to do. The turtle represents his shy nature and the turtle's computer mouse shell represents his passion for working with computers.
Deep Thoughts
"Deep Thoughts" was a fun painting to paint. It's a simple concept of a man smoking a cigarette. However, the seriousness of his gaze, the hand at his temple, and the single burning cigarette display a person with a lot on their mind. Hence, the deep thoughts.
